Rishu Baby Doll

Once again, another obscure Rishu item that I stumbled onto!

I have NO clue who the manufacturer of this doll is, but it is a doll version of Rishu! I call it a baby doll version, as it has moveable arms and legs and head.  Like most baby dolls, she can only move her limbs so far.  A special stand comes with her.  But I keep her in her box to keep dust and ick away.

The hair of this doll is more of a pale rosy pink, as you can see in the second image.  The first picture shows the doll in her entirety, but the coloring is off.  Rishu's hair style isn't really something that can be easily reproduced with JUST hair (I think you'd need some styrofoam and sicilion gel to make that work!), but the doll maker did a good job!

The costume is a satin fabric that looks a little chintzy, but that's my personal taste.  They did try to get the orange robe edge down to the zig-zag detail.  And her little sash is embroidered with the "telepathy" kanji.  She even has her little harem pants.  :)  Sadly, her shoes are not removable.

I haven't seen this doll in a looong time but if memory serves, there are TWO dolls.  One has the open mouth expression and another just has Rishu smiling.

This doll came to me as a birthday present from my best friend.   It was not (and still probably isn't) cheap, so it is really special to me.
